Preparations have begun for AFL Cairns’ All-Stars clash with the squads a few training sessions down ahead of the Cazlays Stadium clash on Friday night.

Norths’ form has been rewarded with 17 players selected in men’s rep teams, and 15 women across the Indigenous-South Pacific and All-Star sides.

Saturday’s top of the table clash between South Cairns Cutters and Manunda Hawks at Fretwell Park will feature 23 players selected in representative squads.

Manunda will contribute six players to each women’s side, while the Cutters will four in the All Stars team and seven in the ISP side.

Defending premiers Saints boast the lowest number of representatives in the league with seven players across both of the teams.

The All Stars clash will be played at Cazalys Stadium on Friday night.
